Bad service from Ster-Kinekor

I went to the Greenstone centre to watch Inside out with my son at 17:30 on the 16/06/2015 after buying the tickets assisted by a very friendly gentlemen little did I know what awaits me on the other side. After that I went to buy popcorns and cold drinks there was not even a queue but it took me about 25 minutes to be called at the counter while I was standing at the queue I tried to enquire why it is taking so long when the people serving us where even more than us and why is some of the staff members are busy loading the water bottles in the fridge insisted of assisting us and do that later the lady just looked at me and continue to load the fridge and just ignore my plea.When I finally got to the till the lady who was assisting me wanted to know why I am complaining because is not they fault that I had to stand so long because the system is slow and is not they problem they also have they own problems. If I have a complain I must address it to they head office. Your staff is rude they don't have any customer service and I suggest that you look into investing in training them but I will never again go to the movies there and I hope my complain is taken with a serious light.
