Bad service ever

Good day,

I understand that sterland is not a so classy cinema to go to, i don't expect much but what i experienced was just distasteful,

No movie times, when you ask they point you to the self service machines, cant they print the times like any other cinema since they wont even assist with the SS machine/system

you buy TT and popcorn and only to find the spice bottles are empty when you ask if they still have the staff is not even worried or touched about that and its the beginning of a new show not that i was late for my movie, i feel they should have prepared for this,

Go in the cinema only to find it is not cleaned, you seated next to chairs with previous boxes from the people who were watching before you, that was a cherry on top,

If there is a manager being paid in this building they must be called to order,

we were five, bought 3x 3D TT and 2x 2d plus the promo combos that is a lot of money i spent to get the service i had, bad exp ever

I am a former employee of sterK, this is the place were i have obtained most of my customer service experience, i always speak highly of this company/business, it really hurt me to see that things are falling apart in that way,

i don't want any voucher nor anything from ster but for them to please continue with their values... it can be done
