Bad Service @Sterkinekor South Gate Mall

I had a bad experience with Ster-kinekor SOUTH GATE MALL yesterday on valentines day .

I booked for my movie tickets online for the "valentines day" for 20:30 movie 2 weeks before. then we experienced load shedding before the movie even started ..

The cinema doesn't have a backup generator. we where given Re-admission vouchers by which I don't mind but having and on the booking I already paid for my snacks and I was told I should fulfill my combo meals by which I didn't agree with.

The question I ask was what should I do with pop corns without a movie..

all i wanted was to use my receipt when I come back for another movie and get my combos or they should simply refund me my money for my meals ..but I was told I should take the combos meal or leave them..
