Bad service at the zone snack counters

The service for snacks at the Zone is weak and the staff need training. When you purchase and pay for something the expectation is you get what you ordered and paid for. The staff seem to think that if they cant give you what you ordered and paid for they will just substitute it with whatever they feel and when you question why, they get annoyed, pulled up and rude. They don't seem to realize that Im not the one at fault. I would gladly have taken something different given the choice. The manager was very polite and sorted it by giving me what I ordered by going to one of the other counters and finding it there. I assumed he understood what service is but when he walked away he looked at some people and threw his hands up in the air. Perhaps it was for something else, who knows.
