Bad service at Ster Kinekor Parow

I wanted to watch a movie this morning and purchased my ticket on there self service machines. After paying for the ticket nothing came out...no ticket...i asked one of the staff to help and after a long wait for the manager who is busy counting coins at the counter. I was offered a refund this is without verifing if I actually paid for the ticket. I informed the manager that I am a vitality member and was then given the vitality rate. Upon asking if I can watch the 3d movie later and pay the amount I was refunded she count not answer. So I will not be watching the 3d movie at Ster Kinekor Parow nor will I go back there again. I am tired of paying gor something and people acting asif they are doing me a favour.
