Bad Service at Ster Kinekor Maponya Mall
We went to ster kinekor , maponya mall on the 2nd of March to watch black panther at 20:30. After buying tickets from the selfservice machine, we had to wait for 20 minutes in a queue to enter the cinema. problem was that the ladies checking tickets were rather having conversations rather than checking tickets. while watching the movie, the lights are switched on and we are unable to watch the movie anymore. first time and most probably the last time there
