Bad service at Ster-Kinekor Centurion mall

On Saturday 6 June 2024, I visited Centurion mall's Ster-Kinekor for the screening of Inside out 2 at 1PM and I am not satisfied. The employees behind the concession stand were extremely disrespectful and unfriendly. The carrying boxes were damaged which almost caused spills. The popcorn packages were filled up half way and the movie screen had some marks on it.

My friend didn't receive the right things she asked for and they did not have the product I asked for. When they asked me for an alternative choice, I chose 'whispers' and the employee showed aggressive behaviour when she threw it around on the counter. When my friend reported the damaged box, the other employee said she should just hold it at some parts and she refused to provide us with a new container box.
