Bad service at Ster-Kinekor Brooklyn

Ster-Kinekor Brooklyn deliver a poor service. The opera FALSTAFF, didn't show today after tickets were sold, and was advertised on their webpage. The floor manager, Magdalene, wasn't friendly at all. She handed out vouchers for a next showing. She couldn't confirm a future date. Today was the third time that we got stood up with no opera showing!!! What about the expensive fuel prices, as we travel quite a distance to attend the opera.
