Bad service at Cresta Ster-Kinekor

Excited to see the latest Stephen King movie, I bought tickets and snacks for the 15:30 show. Firstly, there were no trays for our combo orders and then we were told they can't refund the R12 we paid for the trays as they would have to scan in the items seperately and after that I would actually pay almost R2 more! Then while the movie is playing there was no visuals at about 6 intervals during the movie. With the first interruption they rewinded but with the others they just left it. After 2 hours the movie was bound to end so the lights came on automatically and the movie actually stopped! We never got to see the ending! When we came out there was a queue and they handed out complimentary vouchers for movies. Luckily the vouchers are valid for any of the theatres not just Cresta, as I will never go back there! Bad service and bad experience... it was supposed to be entertaining! Get your act together Cresta Ster-Kinekor :-(
