Bad service and items not in stock

Morning, I have visited Sterkinekor at Carnival Mall on five occasions and three of these occasions I experienced bad service, attitude and some items out of stock. Slush Puppy and Smarties out of stock. All the sizes of the popcorn not available. When questioned, the staff is rude to you. I am very disappointed as I still enjoy visiting the cinemas. The other time the cleaner took a piece of paper from the dustbin and cleaned the area where the salt and spices for the popcorn are kept. Just after that a little girl dropped popcorn on that same area and ate it. That was very unhygienic.
