Bad Service and *****

I went to Sterland Ster-Kinekor last year in October, paid for a movie with my card. I was told the transaction did not go through when it actually did, i had an argument with the sales person who insisted i must swipe my card again which i ended up doing as the movie was about to start. And again she told me the machine did not deduct the money i must now pay cash. I did that and was told i would be refunded, i have sent e-mails and lost lots on money on phone calls and keep being pushed back and forth without any assistance, the Staff at Sterland are pathetic and lazy and very unprofessional!!
