bad service and attitude from cashiers, did not swipe my points card

<p>I was at ster kinekor Carlton centrr yesterday (19May2016). I paid cash for for my movie ticket and the cashier my sk club card. At the popcorn station there was only lady who was busy with her phone, i had to stand there while she finished her conversation on the phone only for to come and give me an stinking attitude, i also gave her my points card. To my suprise when i got home i realised that my slip says that i missed out on 200 points, i enquired via email and i got the report that my card did not accumulate ANY points from yesterday which means that it was swiped!! </p> <p>I am very disappointed and furious with ster kinekor, i called the customer care and the only points i have are from the free movie i watched after recieve my card. There is no explaination from customer service as to why my card was not swiped, not even an apology to say the least. If this is the kind of service i'm to expect then i'm better off without ster kinekor!</p>
