Bad Service , accusing me of being a rogue !!!!

Today at 14:45 , teller number 8... Phumlani , I handed both my tickets to collect my popcorn and goodies , he gave us our popcorn and then insisted he gave me the other goods and we stole it, I asked if you calling me a **** his response is "shut up " don't collect for your friends he said leave , I told him to do his job by handing out the goods as we were already 30 minutes late as the line was long and that is my brother ,he continued saying shut up and being rude calling me a rougue. (If I purchased 50 combos it's still his job to give it to me and not be upset for my purchase) I asked to give me back my receipt for the two waters and popcorn he squashed it and threw it in the bin)I told him to check his camera footage and told me there is no manger I must shut up I'm a ****. .. I guess he wanted to keep it for himself. You should not have people like this working in a service role. I'm extremely disappointed with him and he should be fired!!!! I have kept my receipts and can print a bank statement if need be. I hope disciplinary action gets taken against him and that your other loyal clients do not go through what I have gone through it's so upsetting when you go to enjoy the day out. Please look at your footage. This happened 02.01.18 at 14:45. We watched Jumanji 3D.
