bad service

i took my boys to go watch fast and furious 7 on 12/04/2015. i went thru the self-service machines where i purchased 3 tickets. i got our goods to eat and drink. we walked towards the lady to hand in our ticket, she checked it and said nothing and as we enter the door of the movies we hear a lady screams. i turned my head to see whats happening it was a pregnant lady in normal clothes talking in a black language to the lady that took our tickets. she said to me u cant go in there there is an age restriction. i said oh well why did the machine not stop us or when one of the helpers in front saw me booking the ticket not stop me cause then they could see my kids were then too young. i said to her that they have watch all 6 movies of fast and furious and i take it on me. she (Lerato) had a nasty attitude and said no there is no PG on so you cant. just while she was busy with me another lady walked in with a younger kid, so she didnt see it.. i helped her right and asked so why can that kid go in. no she rep**** thats also a mistake. i asked her to go check in the movie &see how many kids are underage. i have a lot to say more unfortunate u only give a sertain characters
