Bad Service

I booked my movie tickets for fast 7 yesterday evening for 5 people. I drove all the way from Atlantis this evening to watch the movie with my 2 kids while i was standing in the que to buy popcorn a lady walked up to us asking which movie we are going to watch. Whereby i answered fast 7. She then rep**** but they cannot go in, when i asked why she answered they are too young, i then asked her how would she know? She then rep**** i am a mother. I then spoke to the manager and he also said they are too young, and then asked me for a birth certificate. I asked him how would he know and he said i can see.i then asked him if could judge a childs age and he sai yes.I told him we do not travel with that, and asked him why the person who sold us the tickets did not tell us to bring the birth certificate s along. His reply was, they are supposed to. So because they did not do their jobs i drove all the way<br> For nothing! This is bad customer service. I mean really now, who will reimburse me for my petrol money because of bad customer service.<br>
