Bad service
We went to the movies tonight, there was only one person working at the concession stand. We waited in the que for about 20 minutes before a second staff member appeared. We finally managed to speak to the manager who was very unhelpful. We walked into our movie just before it was due to start. I will not be returning to Ster Kinekor Gateway due to the bad service and rude staff.
