Bad service

Me and my wife and 3 kids went to parow sterkenikor to watch a movie with our kids. Firstly we were sold the wrong tickets and then we went in to the wrong cinema. We then told the ticket lady but this is not the movie we asked for. We were then told that we can go in to the cinema which we suppose to go in to. We were then seated in wrong seats then we had to move again because now we were sitting in somebody Else seat. We then had to move again. I was then told to comevout the movies and then they had to cancelled the tickets and then I was charged twice on my wife's bank card. Me and my daughter had to miss out from the movie because while my wife and kid was still inside I had to sort the mess out which sterkenikor coursed it was such a bad experience. And to top it off 5 managers on duty and they still couldn't do there job right. We logged a complaint and got a case number we still got no feedback from nobody and we still waiting on what they will do for us for poor service we received a nightmare it was what a horrible day.
