Bad Service

My partner and I went to watch a movie at Cresta, he stood in the line for popcorn after we had bought our movie ticket. As we approached the sales lady she told us to go back in line and proceeded to help another customer with no explanation to us. We were then assisted by another lady who took our order and gave it to the one who chased us away and then she disappeared with no explanation as well. The lady who chased us away the first time finished assisting the people in front of her and then she also left the counter and left our order standing right next to her, didn't excuse herself...just left. So we were left standing there looking like idiots with both sales ladies out of site. Meanwhile the line next to us was moving at a rapid pace, 7 to 10 minutes we were still standing there and they appeared with no apology. At this point our movie had already started, I then proceeded to go complain to the manager that we were left standing at the counter without our combo which was just passed around and nobody explained anything to us. I then asked for a refund because we were not going to watch a movie that started 15min ago just because no one wanted to assist us.
