Bad Service

I'm very disappointed with the SERVICE at Sterland Pretoria Arcadia, we always go there for Movies but since this Year the service has Deteriorated, every time the Movie is suppose to Start the Cleaners are still busy or are not there. Just like yesterday we went to watch Kingsman, there was no one at the Door when the movie was starting at 17:15, so we went in without our tickets being checked and the cinema was not cleaned. When the Trailers were playing the staff came and told us the cinema was not clean and we told them we cant go out now, it's way past 17:15 and they cleaned whatever they could see, cause there was a long line outside. Then they just Left it. Another issue was with their Popcorns which were full of Salt, that's good for people who do not eat salt. Sterland Must Pull up Their Socks, Seems like there's no structure or management. Everyone is doing whatever they want. Definitely disappointed with their Service.
