Bad service

Ster Kinekor is so pathetic and there employees or call centre agents, whatever you call them are useless. I have been trying to book two tickets for Friday the 11th May 2018, with vouchers that i got from them. When i try booking the tickets online it gives me error. So now i have been phoning Ster Kinekor for there help for two days already. And no one can help me. I Have spoken to 4 call centre agents already. The one said that someone will phone me by Thursday 10th May before 10:00am. No one phoned me. Then I phoned them back again only for the other agent to tell me i must phone back the next morning (Friday morning). Only there supervisors can issue vouchers. I am already very frustrated. This is tickets i paid for. I had to cancel the tickets for the initial date because something happened. So instead of paying the money back they gave me two vouchers. Now the vouchers do not work. Ster kinekor you are wasting my time.
