Bad Service

on the 23 June 2015 my friend and i decided to go and watch a movie at the Cresta Ster Kinekor. we decided to watch the 5pm movie. at 16:45 i went to kiosk to get some refreshments and was advised that the till was closed that i should go and stand in a different q. after standing in the 2nd q for 15 mins i finally got served only to be told by the cashier behind the counter that i need to go and stand in a different q as that was a cash only q. after 30mins of being moved from one q to the next i finally got my refreshments. what really ****ed me off about this experience is that when i requested to speak to a manager - no one was able to locate a manager - this was the worst service i have received at any of your ster kinekor cinema's to date. very disappointed
