Bad Service

On Saturday i took my wife and son to greenstone to watch inside out. The movie was about 30 min in then the power went off due to load shedding. Ster kinekor does not have a generator to power the cinema and can not repay you because the tills can't open without power. On three other occasions at the same cinema i had to go out to another shop to get cold drinks because they did have any water, well that was according to them but the rest of the shopping centre had water. I think you should get a generator for a start. Load shedding is a reality. It is a inconvenience for people to drive home and come back the next day to watch the movie.
