Bad service

I am disappointed as the service I have received at Ster-Kinekor over the last few visits. The last 3 times I have been there I have not been able to buy Coke Zero at the snack counters - this at the Rustenburg, Greenstone and Bedfordview Cinemas. As a diabetic I can't drink the other coldrinks and drinking water at the movies is just not the same. <br> A few weeks ago we went to watch a movie at Bedford Centre and we had to purchase the tickets by ourself as there was nobody to help us. This is the first time we had to do this and as there was nobody to help with this process I lost out on my Vitality discount. <br> The last visit was at Greenstone, and I was very disappointed at how rude the lady at the snack counter was. Not only that but most of the salt and other seasoning canisters were empty. The floor was full of popcorn and other *******.<br> <br> Unfortunately I have to use Ster-kinekor Cinemas as I get Vitlaity discount but if this service continues I will rather pay more at Nu Metro.
