Bad service

<p>I want to complain about the service I received at Ster kinekor. I bought 5 tickets to watch fast and furious for 5pm at 2pm. When I arrived for check in to go to watch the movie, they told me that it is over booked. I am utterly disgusted by the service as they made us sit on the steps ,where it was dirty and unhygienic. One of my family members is pregnant and when I tried to explain this to the "manager on site" Sibongile abrahams she didn't understand us and try to find a solution.It was an inconvenience as I booked in advance for this to happen. I am disappointed with how we were dealt with and bad attitude we got from the staff. So disheartening. We wasted money on uber to not watch the movie we paid for.</p>
