BAD SERVICE

<p>On 11 February my girlfriends and I attended Parow Centre branch to watch Fifty Shades Darker at 11.45am. When we wanted to purchase our popcorn we opted for the Junior popcorn as we had just had a huge breakfast. We were then told that we cannot buy the popcorn on its own, we have to purchase the combo. What irritated me is that on your price list there is a price to purchase this popcorn on its own. If we were not allowed then you should not have price next to it. We then were force to buy the bigger popcorn. When we went to apply the flavouring the area was filthy. There was also no spices in the cannisters. I had to ask someone to refill the cannister. Once it was filled I threw some salt on my popcorn and the whole lid came off as a result of the salesperson not closing the lid properly, causing half of the container's salt to andlid to land in my popcorn. Needless to say that our experience was totally ruined by all of this. I am extremely disappointed by the service I receive as I always watch movies at this branch</p>
