Bad service

<p>I took my grandchildren to movies on saturday afternoon. Approx. 15 minutes before the end of the film people started coming into the cinema to seat themselves for the next screening. They were climbing over people and arguing that we were in their seats. Whatever happened to an Usher at the door that ensures that nobody enters until one screening is finished, then cleaning and only then allowing the next people to enter the theatre ?? In addition, I decided to take it up with the Manager, who was nowhere to be found, just a young man dressed in black with a thick silver chain around his neck sitting on the Managers desk having a private conversation on the phone. He duly advised me that he does not work there. In addition, my son-in-law went into another cinema and there the airconditioning did not work... they were boiling !! You spend so much refurbishing the cinemas but the management and staff leave a lot to be desired. No doubt, we will not go there again. </p>
