Bad service

<p>We recently went tonwatch a movie at ster kinekor kolonade. We bought pocon and drinks, as we paid my card declinde 3 times and suddenly all my bank notifications came through. When they wanted to swipe my card for the fourth time, I left everything and went away to watch the movie. When I qeuried them I had to go to bank to get a bank statment and pay for it to sort their fault out. Had to wait 2 weeks to be refunded and only 2 times. When I qeuried the 3rd refund, they told me the lady gave our bavarages so they cant refund me that amount. After several emails to head office and them, also tellephone calls, they just dont come back to me and ignoring me. Now where is the fairness and customer service in this? Never will I again support ster kinekor.</p>
