Bad service

After 2days my birthday passed, my friend decides to treat me to a movie in eastgate. We watched the avengers. I forgot my cell phone after the movie and only realised hours later. I called the theater as soon as I realised this. I spoke to a supervisor or manager on duty by the name of Sue. I asked her to check it for me as it was still ringing, surely it was still lying somewhere under the sit. She told me that there was a movie playing and it should finish around 8pm. I called back just a minute after 8 and she told me again that there was another movie playing and this one will finish around 10pm. I asked her if she checked she said yes she did but couldn't see it. I then said to her it's not possible because the phone is still ringing when I call it. It must still be lying there. She asked for my misplaced cell phone number so she can call it when the movies has ended. I did that and she didn't phone back. I called my cell again just before 10 and still it was ringing up until the following morning. Sue didnt come back to me nor picked up my phone calls. For a manager, the service you gave me was pethetic. I believe you could have found my phone if you didnt already.
