Bad Service

26 April 2015 a group of us went to watch Avengers at Blue Route Mall - 9:00pm show. When we bought our popcorn and cooldrink the teller was extremely unfriendly and was busy with her cellphone - which she was charging behind her. We asked her for a small slush and a popcorn. We bought a coke as well as a big box of Astros. She took her own time to give go get popcorn from the back - and went back the second time for who knows what!! She ended giving us the biggest slush because she gave us the wrong combo. We just took it because it was already 9:00pm and she already took forever to serve us we weren't going to wait for to get the supervisor to reverse the charges. When we got inside the movies my coke was flat and warm. I usually don't take ice in my cooldrink but it is still nice and cold not room temperature like what I was given at Blue Route Ster Kinekor!! I didn't return it because we already had squeeze pass people thanks to the cashier taking her own sweet time to serve us and still getting everything wrong. She was extremely unfriendly. Going to watch a movie already cost a fortune, bad service and flat coke, wrong slush size just spoils the night out!! Get better staff!
