Bad Service

My family and I went to Ster Kinekor at Newton Junction Mall and it was for an Indian movie which started at 8h30pm. My husband and I decided to sit at the back and the rest of my family members sat in fron. Not even half way of the movie, a black guy comes up to the back and asks the couple next to us where the exit is, then he sits down, takes out his cellphone and calls somebody then leaves. I felt uneasy, so I asked my husband to go tell the security. I went to the couple and asked them what the guy wanted and they said he asked where the exit was and why would anybody look for the exit and not for a seat number in the cinema. Exit sign is lit up so one can never miss it. I went out and called a Ster Kinekor employee and on my way out this guy comes back into the cinema number 2 and looks at me going out. The Ster Kinekor guy ones and comes out to say there is no black guy inside. I message my family members to come out and I gather them all and leave. I saw the guy go in, where was he hiding? He could have ****** us and left through the exit and nobody there would hear a thing. How was he allowed into the cinema. Who checked if he had a ticket? We did not even watch the full movie for fear of not knowing what he was up to. The staff on that night 16 July 2017 - afternoon shift needs to be questioned. We want our money back and we will not go back there. The couple next to us, also left with fear and we had to drop them off at their home. What is our lives being turned into
