Bad Service

<p>First of all, I had not seen my boyfriend for a whole week. I wanted a nice night. Which was a complete and utter mess. When we arrived it was busy, as we expected because it was a Friday night. So when we were confronted by people running around asking where to buy tickets and only ONE person working the machines. That is not acceptable. On a Friday night! We could see about 4 or 5 staff milling about not helping or assisting customers. Then we got to eventually buying our tickets we were told no if you want to get something to eat you have to buy it there and then, and collect a food voucher. Which was completely baffling, because when we got to the front of the concession line we handed over our voucher, but we could have easily just got to the front and done the same ordering ourselves. And ONE person assisting customers!!! We almost missed the beggining of our movie because of the utter and complete mess, which should have been a lovely night! Will not be returing to Ster Kinekor Cresta. </p>
