Bad reception at Sterkinekor

I had a very bad experience at the ster-kinekor Mall of Africa. I was assisted by a light lady with dreadlocks who claimed to be the manager-she claimed that my birthday voucher was not showing. We asked for assistance further and she was very rude and she refused to assist us further. We asked for the head office number and she refused claiming that the head offices keep on changing numbers.I showed her that my app was showing the voucher but she said they dont work with the website team and she chased us away. She refused to give us her name. Imagine being treated that harshly on your birthday and after traveling to the mall. The previous day I had checked at the same venue and the lady who assisted me saw the voucher on the system. This is such demotivating.
