Bad policy

We took our 4 kids to watch Sing 2 yesterday. The movie kept getting stuck several times and was eventually stopped by the theatre. They were willing to refund the tickets but not the snacks... meaning we will need to spend the money on the snacks a second time. Really now. We pay an absolute fortune for the "snacks" which go hand in hand with the movie house/ theatre experience to enjoy the moment right... but now because the movie is faulty we need to spend the snack money again to complete or rewatch this movie again. I don't agree with this at all. Bad experience for the family. Not cool.
