bad odour at gateway cinemas

Upon visiting the movie theatres at Gateway SterKinekor more than 2 times this year already, as you approach the carpeted area to get to your cinema there is a strong unpleasant odour, similar to a damp smell. On 5 March 2016 Cine 6 had a urine odour at the entrance. Staff are not friendly when receiving customers to enter the theatres. Also, cinema prestige is advertised as having staff greet you at the door, selecting menu options from a tablet and being shown to your seats,this however is not a reality and possibly indicates false advertising.Very disappointing Ster Kinekor Gateway.
