Bad Managment

We drove from Ellisras (260km) and paid for a guest house for the night to have a movie night out. We're we stay there are no movie theaters. Paying attention guest house, paying at the movie theatre at Kolenade (Pretoria), buying popcorn, drinks and sweets, we went and sit in cene6. Without them working us about any possibility of load-cheddin, the power went off just as the movie were about to start. Our pop corn, soft drink were still full and sweet sweets not even open yet. The next day we need to go back to Ellisras and they couldn't even refund us. The manager sign our movie ticket and told us to come back (after explaining to him we are not from Pretoria), he told us that he could not refund us for the tickets of beverages. I really think they could have told us about a load-load-chedding schedule. Now they have already made there money by selling there tickets and alot off beverages without warning costumers ababout what is going to happen. I really think they are steeling money from the people and management are only thinking of there own pockets. <br>
