Bad F###ing service

Ok its been 30 days and 3 emails later and still have not heard a word from Ster Kinekor!!!!!!!! This is an absolute disgrace where is their customer service. I was told their system crashed but really now they can at least acknowledge or respond to my emails why do I have to call them????? Can someone in that company who actually care about their work and customer please contact me, this is unacceptable!!!!!
