Bad experience with screen ! And Managers lack of resolving issue

I visited the Ster-kinekor cinema at Eastgate, on 19 March. This was a treat for my birthday. We were in cinema 5, watching Marry me.

When the movie started there was a problem with the screen. A black light appeared at the bottom which meant that I could not see the sub-titles properly (which is important, as some of the words are in Spanish). It also makes that the viewing in HD was not clear!

I have been in communication with them, and no response except saying that apparently Im not telling the truth, and that they can’t find a problem.

This is weird to me! As another lady said that she went out if the cinema to complain. The lights flashed while we watched the movie.

No good!!!

I expect someone of Ster-kinekor, whom is not the manager of Eastgate to contact me. As she is not been helpful. She is not owing up to her staff members mistakes and she is also showing that she should not be in her position, as she can’t even work with customers.

Do also note that I addressed this matter in person afterwards, and still even then nothing. She suggested that I come in, which would have cost me even more petrol, as I have to get on the highway (17 km to get there and then 17 km to get back). She wanted to offer something if I came through, but I said I want her to do this over email.

Still nothing!!!

Actually doesn’t even deserve a star at this moment.
