Bad Experience Ster Kinekor Bayside

Yesterday we decided to treat our children to a movie at Bayside Ster Kinekor. The movie was 'Wonder Park' and it was scheduled to start at 9am according to all the online information and please note this was a PG movie. We bought the tickets and a double combo deal (Please note this is NOT an inexpensive treat). My son kept sms'ing me asking what time it would start and I said soon thinking he was watching trailers. The movie only STARTED 10AM and it was not 'WONDER PARK' but 'AQUAMAN'!!!! Please bear in mind Wonder Park is a PG film and Aquaman is not but this was being screened. They then informed all the people in that cinema that they were having problems with the film and would issue them vouchers. When it came to getting the vouchers we asked about the combo deal also getting a voucher as the point was to watch a movie and eat the popcorn etc, to be told no its against policy???? The entire experience was ruined for my children and we got vouchers for the movie but not for the food?? Come on Ster Kinekor up your game, this is totally unacceptable. We now must fork out MORE money for poor service and incompetence.
