BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS CINEMA

It was my first time going to this cinema with my 3 friends bad experience that you can't even guess i arrive there 11:40 my mood was 100% coming to watch LOSING LERATO i bought my ticket on line with R74.90 Small combo excited to watch the movie the movie start at 12:00 i printed the ticket i received my combo ready to watch in cinema 1 when we get to the cinema they where showing other movies NO SOUND we thought maybe when the movie start the will be sound (poor service) the movie started NO SOUND after 10 minutes i went to tell the staff that the is NO SOUND they said to me they will sort it out, i went back in then after 5 minutes again i was about to get up the Lady came in to check NO SOUND again she said the IT Technician is not on duty they will try to sort it out she went out after 5 - 10 minutes i told my friend lets go and stand outside then when we about get up the same Lady came and check we told her that will stand out side we went out mind you the next movie of LOSING LERATO will start at 14:15 the Lady said to as we can watch the next movie if we still have time she will talk to the manager then after an hour we were called by the manage we said to him he must Riffle our Pop corns for waiting this long he said he will speak to the Boss he spoke with the Boss the Boss said no he can do that if we left the movie before 30 minute i guess i was clever enough to take a video of the Movie with NO SOUND although i know we not allowed to take a video or pictures inside the cinema i wanted to show them evidence and luckily there was a time on the details of the video when he asked ask what time we went out off the cinema i wanted to show him the time he said NO then i asked him what it your Name and i will take a video of you i took a video of him he cover his face with a TABLET he is a Manager his Name is LONWABO after that they already gave us the Voucher to watch the 14:15 movie then we went in to the cinema we seat down then BOOM a staff Lady with a SECURITY giving back our Voucher tickets back and the Security say 3 of you must get out of the cinema we asked why they said they don't know they were told to take us our then BOOM more security coming to chase us out i took a video again for evidence when the security came to chase us out that was the end of if when we tried to ask them what is the reason for that they said to me we not allowed to take video's i asked they what is the reason for me to take a video they didn't want to reply they said we must come back 08:00 tomorrow morning i even made a record on that the SECURITY was with us to get out of the center WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE AT STER-KINEKOR PAROW
