Bad experience at Prestige (Sandton City)

My husband and I booked and watched Fantastic Beasts last Thursday (22 Nov, 5pm). Hoping for the full 'prestige' experience we were sorely disappointed - We had ordered a chicken platter and soft drinks for around R200. This seemed to take forever to arrive. After over 45min of waiting I went back out to query the delay! We finally received our food about an hour after the order was placed and it was definitely NOT worth the wait. There was an amusingly small portion which was severely overpriced which was cold and rather tasteless. Also to add to the overall bad experience the temperature in the cinema was close to freezing. We went back out to query this but there were no attendants present! Tried to persevere and complete the movie but this was rather difficult! Hoping my feedback saves other patrons the hassle - the SK Team should look into this!
