Bad experience at Boksburg East Rand Mall Ster Kinekor

We were at East Rand Mall on Sunday, 24 June 2018 and watched The Incredibles 3D @ 14h00 -- CINEMA 5, and it was the worst cinema experience ive ever had with Ster Kinekor. We booked A1-A2, which was at the back of the cinema. We experienced the following issues: 1. Once arrived at cinema 5 @14h00, the staff were still busy cleaning the cinema. around 14h10 the lights were already out with the cinema pitch black which made it difficult for most people to find there seats. 2. The distance from these seats and the small screen are too extensive for a 3D experience, it was almost better to watch the movie with the glasses off. 3. The sound in Cinema 5 was ridiculously soft during dialogues (you can almost hear the people in the front row chewing their popcorn) and then extremely loud during action/non-dialogue moments.

Ive always enjoyed ster kinekor cinema's much more than any other cinema, and was quite excited to go watch a movie Yesterday, but the experience was just the worst.

I really want to suggest not to show 3D movies in CINEMA 5, and really sort out the sound in that cinema. I couldve just waited for this movie to be on DSTV and watched it at home, and wouldve had a better experience.
