Bad experience and service

My title does not do justice to the rotten service we received in Ster-Kenikor Southgate. I was there on Saturday to watch a movie. My issues : 1. I don't understand what is the point of self-service if there will be someone there to assist us and worse end up waisting our time. 2. There are about 12 terminals and only 3 were working. 3. These multiply queuing is annoying to say the least. I am sure those terminal were introduced to improve service delivery, not to make multiply queues and hamper with turnaround time. 4. Next time when I go to watch a movie I expect to input my Vitality card number and I expect it to work. Its annoying when a company make improvements that ends up inconveniencing their clients. 5. The staff there had a bad attitude; they gave me small pop corn and told me with an attitude that they don't fill their tub and to my surprise other patrons tubs were filled to the brim; I can not give name because they were not wearing name tags. The manager present that time was the one with the worse attitude ( a lady with a blonde short hair) of the three ladies that were meanding the bar. Proper explaination never hurt anyone. 6. Small things like sound and lights management; 6.1. during the trailers lights were on and again lights came on just before the movie was about to end. 6.2. You have tin roofing so obviously when its heavily raining the rain sound will overcome the movie sound; the booth manager why doesn't he/she increase the volume of the movie. Lastly coming to watch a movie I use my car, time, money including payment of the movie, popcorns, and petrol; and the last thing I need is to be given a service like Ster-Kenikor is doing me a favour.
