Bad Experience

<p>I purchased my movie ticket for the movie " Never " in cinema 1 at Ster Kinekor Tygervalley for the 9h45 show. I then went on to purchase a regular coke and popcorn and proceeded to the cinema. At 9h53 the movie had not started as yet. The cinema which was pitch dark no lights were on inside the cinema. I went up to the office and asked the lady who check the tickets to get the manager. She then asked the lady at the ticket office to call the manager which I assume she did. I then went back to the cinema hoping that it would be sorted. Another lady then came and asked me if the movie is playing which I rep****,"no". She then left me standing there and worked away. By now it is afyer 10am and still no movie playing. The lady then returned and stated that they will not be playing it due to a technical issue. I asked if she was the manager she stated that she is not. So after my first request to see a manager, she still did not. At the ticket office the manager named Robin then eventually showed up to assist me with no urgency whatsoever. I stood another ten minutes waiting for my refund while she sent the ticket sales lady to ask for my slip from the catering lady and stating if she does not have the slip the catering lady would pay for this refund. The movie was still advertised on the screens and on the SST. Should this not be removed. This was a morning that I looked forward to watching a movie yet I wasted almost 40 minutes of my time. </p>
