Bad experience

Myself and my hubby went to watch a movie at Irene Mall. We hardly ever have time to. The card machines weren't working so we had to walk and draw cash. Inline for popcorn, etc, we stood in a huge queue for 30 minutes. We made it into the cinema on time, luckily. The movie started 10 minutes late.30 min into the movie everything went dark. All the moviegoers sat waiting to see what would happen or if someone will inform us. No staff came to inform us. When we walked out we heard by word of mouth that the power was out. Surprise! Another massive queue to get a re-admission. Completely ridiculous.I was inconvenienced the entire experience and my time was to be further wasted to get a stamp so that I should re-schedule watching a movie. Ster-kinekor needs to work on an initiative to keep the movie experience a positive one or risk losing customers like myself.
