Bad experience

We came all the way for Table View to experience the Prestige cinema experience, to my horror, the menu is nothing like what is advertised on the Internet and at the classic ster kinekor cinemas, to top it off Craig Morris won't even compensation by letting us buy our own food, not only that but asked if we wanted a refund, which I never imp**** I wanted. Once we were in the cinema no one showed us to our seat nor explained how the seat operated. Then they brought us the incorrect cake and no sugar for me latte. All in all not a very glamorous experience we have had compared to the advertising of the cinema
