Bad Experience

<p>Went to Irene Mall Ster Kinekor to watch the 11:45 showing of Beauty and the Beast. By 12:00 the previews hadn't started yet. At 10 past 12 previews finally started, after which the Smurfs movie started playing, only stopping when some of our fellow patrons went to complain. Had to wait again before the right movie started. Due to the 45min delay,the patrons of the following showing started filing in 15min before the end of the movie and we were rushed from the theater so the cleaning could start. At no time did the staff apologise or try to explain the delay. Movie tickets, and the snacks you buy at the theater are expensive, so it is unacceptable to treat patrons this way, without any attempt to apologise.Very dissapointed</p>
