Bad experience
<p>Went to go watch Fast 8 today with two of my friends at Festival Mall Kempton Park. We wanted to go see the 11:00am movie, got popcorn and drinks and sat down to watch the movie... The clock strikes 12:00 and still the movie has not started due to "Technical difficulties". Spent so much money on tickets and snacks and ended up not being able to watch the movie. Ster-Kinekor has ****** my money and I get nothing back in return, no apology, no compensation, absolutely nothing. Worst experience ever and I will never support Ster-Kinekor again. I want my money back, but I know that will never happen with a stupid place like this</p>
We apologise for the inconvenience caused,we experience technical issues at times but if such issues occures ,the cinema manager on duty issues the re admission tickets to be used at a later stage or day depending on how long the issue takes to be resolved.
