Bad Debits of ticketing machine

Hi!<br> <br> I used the ticketing machine at Ster-Kinekor on 22nd of December to catch the Snoopy and Peanuts movie. My transcation was taken 3 times unsuccessfully at the ticketing machine and ABSA informs me that I was charged 3 time for a pair of tickets. The money is still with Ster-kinekor and ABSA can do nothing to refund me. i would appreciate a call from Ster-kinekor movie theater to resolve this issue as my partner and i are frequent movie go'ers.
