Bad Customer Services

Had to use the rest room after watching the movie, i was told that it cost R2 to enter but the coin machines doesn't work properly i ended up using R6 just to go inside and pee. For a rest room that you pay to enter i was surprised to find that it was not clean and there's water spilled everywhere on the floor. I have been to many Ster-kinekor branches but it was first time i left unsatisfied.
