Bad customer service by manager, technical problems, watery slush puppy

I went to Sterland in Pretoria Acardia on a Saturday evening with my friend to catch a movie. We arrive there to buy tickets and popcorn as usually. We get our tickets and Popcorn's, Astros and Slush Puppies. Our movie was showing in Cinema 2. The trailers played fro 15 minutes as usual with a good sound, as the movie started there was no sound, we then went to the manager he assured us the technician will be coming at that time its 20:20pm, we go back to view the movie now the volume is sky high through the movie what a disappointment. on top of that the slush puppy were watery and taste less, as we went to the manager to complain about the volume, I also complained to 2 different cashiers whom directed me back to the manager as he was busy trying to explain the solution, one of the assistant tasted our slush puppy and agreed that it was weak and watery. Am in a situation were the movie is playing no volume, my slush puppy watery, so I decided to leave the slush puppy until the movie is over. After a noisy movie I asked for the manager o now assist me with the refund of our slush puppies but he refused. My question is? Are managers not trained to handle situations? Why do they allow people to buy tickets if a Cinema room has a sound problem? Is decision making allowed for managers? Why did I waste my money? Please check the refunds of slush puppies that day? If the slush puppy machine is broken why are staff authorized to use it?

Am a disappointed customer who needs answers and the manager insisted I complain that he doesn't care
